ASSIN NORTH INJUNCTION: PARLIAMENT WASN'T OFFICIALLY SERVED NOTICED - NDC

Alleged: Notice Read by Clerk on 7th January was sent to him via Whatsapp – Hon Comfort Cudjoe Ghansah.

The MP elect for the Ada constituency, who doubles as the NDC deputy whip in parliament Hon Comfort Cudjoe Ghansah has asserted that, Parliament was not officially served by the Cape Coast High Court of the Injunction placed on the MP-elect for Assin North Constituency James Gyakye Quayson from holding himself as an MP-Elect as it was read by the clerk of Parliament.

Speaking on  )MAN YI MU TE SEN on AdoaTV with Political BabyFace, Hon Comfort  alleges that, the notice read by the clerk on the midnight of 7th January during the dissolution of the 7th Parliament, was sent to him (Clerk) on WhatsApp by the NPP.

She indicated that, all the statements made by the clerk, are words sent to him via whatsApp on phone but not a legal document served from the court.

Hon Comfort further allege that, the said WhtasApp document sent to the Clerk on January 6th was what he printed out to use during the process the dissolution of the 7th Parliament.
