804 Individuals In Quarantine Released To Join Families – Akufo-Addo

Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo in his 5th televised address to the nation stated that about 804 individuals who were part of the 1,030 travellers in mandatory quarantine have finally joined their families but the remaining 121 are in the process of being released.

79 persons out of the total number of 1,030 were initially found to be positive and appropriate measures were made for their isolation and treatments, he continued.

After 12 further days of quarantine, 26 other persons were found to be positive as a result of their second test. Making the total number of positive 105, all of whom have been isolated for treatment, he added.
