The Film Producers Association of Ghana (FIPAG) is asking actor Kofi Adjorlolo to render an apology to the association for denting the image of its members in his recent interview.
The veteran in an interview with Joy Prime lost his cool over unpaid jobs he had done for some Ghanaian movie producers, describing their posture as unfair. Mr Adjorlolo’s outburst has touched the nerves of
President of the FIPAG James Aboagye who in an interview said Adjorlolo failed to “use internal structures”, adding that his suggestion that up and coming actors are not paid is false. “You’ve not reported to Actors Guild nor FIPAG, neither did you mention names to solidly his point Make your claims concrete, come with evidence, so we know how to solve it than to make unnecessary complains and say negative things.
According to him, Adjorlolo has been asked to apologies within 14 days – “failure to do so would see the association advice itself on his status and positioning in the film industry.”
